Job Responsibilities:

1.Product Development:Organic synthesis processes are developed in accordance with the company's development priorities and product structure.、Route Study(Including impurity analysis of existing processes、Study on impurity formation mechanism、Research on impurity control strategies, etc.)Organic synthesis route design for new products、Small test、The entire R&D process from pilot-scale production to large-scale production、Technical support work；
2.Technical guidance and problem solving:Applying relevant organic synthesis experience,For new projects、Provide guidance on issues arising from mass production in the workshop.；
3.Laboratory Project Management:Based on the development needs of the company's R&D platform,Provide technical guidance to the R&D team's ongoing projects.、Project planning、Design and Implementation Tracking,Ensure project goals are achieved on time.；
4.Technical exchange and cooperation:With domestic and international clients、Universities conduct technical exchanges and cooperation,Introducing advanced technologies promotes the growth of the company's R&D team.。
5.Assist the R&D Director in completing other tasks.。

Qualifications:

1.Doctoral degree；Organic Synthesis、Organic chemistry and related majors or research directions；

2.Organic Chemistry/medicinal chemistry related professional background,Proficient in various synthetic reaction mechanisms；

3.Proficient in reading English literature,Able to write technical reports,Possesses good English communication skills；

4.Proficient in nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)、High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)、Gas chromatography(GC)、mass spectrometry(MS)Isograph Analysis；5.conscientious,Have a sense of teamwork,Able to withstand high work pressure,Adapt to flexible task assignment。
